5k & 1mi: Wear red, white, and blue or dress as your favorite hero! Proceeds benefit the Dauphin County Wills for Heroes program through the PA Bar Association for veterans, first responders, and their families.

$20 for the 5k gets you a free t-shirt, timing, trophy for age group winners; 1mi is FREE!

FOOD trucks, LIVE music, National Anthem with color guard, FREE fun-run with free bracelets for the first 100 finishers, 5k with trophy prizes, all on City Island overlooking the beautiful Susquehanna River in October! Dress in red, white, and blue or come as your favorite hero to show your support!

    Guaranteed sizing is available up until September 19, 2025. After that, we will have t-shirts available but cannot guarantee sizes.

  • 5K: The course loops around City Island, crosses out via the pedestrian Walnut Street Bridge, continues along Front Street, turns around near the Front & Forster Street intersection/harvey taylor bridge, then returns the same way. ** 5k Route: Click to view. **

    1mi Legacy Loop: 1 lap around City Island. We’re setting up near the train station.
